Karen Tuqiri
Karen Tuqiri is the Director of Nursing at The Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney. Programs of work Karen leads focus on workforce development, quality improvement, patient safety and implementing evidence based practice change whilst developing a deeper understanding of the influence of leadership on workplace culture. She is a current PhD candidate with her area of study focused on developing a deeper understanding of the relationship person-centred practice has on patient safety outcomes.
